Common questions
How much does physiotherapy cost in Nakuru?
Ours are listed above. Compare sessions multiplied by rate rather than the price of one visit, and if you are weighing this against Nairobi, count the fuel, the fare and the working days too.
Why is there a travel charge for home visits?
Because a therapist going out to Lanet or Njoro spends time on the road that cannot be spent treating anyone else. We show it separately rather than hiding it inside the session rate.
I cannot afford a full course. What can I get for one visit?
A correct diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and a written programme you can do at home. That is a genuinely large share of the benefit, and we would rather give you that honestly than sell you three vague sessions.
Do you sell packages?
No. Per session. How many sessions you need is a clinical judgement made as we go, not something decided when you first walk in.
Will my insurance pay?
Some policies do, often with a cap and sometimes needing a referral. Check with your insurer first and ask what paperwork they want. We provide itemised receipts.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa or card, after the session.
Not sure what you need?
Call us on +254 116 797 579 and describe the problem. We will tell you which session to book, or whether you need someone else entirely.
