Physiotherapy in Nakuru

Hands-on treatment for back pain, injury and recovery, at our Milimani clinic or in your own home. Without the trip to Nairobi.

You should not have to travel for this

A course of rehabilitation is eight to twelve appointments over two or three months. Nobody sustains that up and down the A104: what actually happens is three visits, then it lapses, then the problem gets written off as untreatable. Physiotherapy is one of the few things where being nearby genuinely beats being famous.

How we can help

Physiotherapy in Nakuru

Assessment and hands-on treatment for pain, stiffness and injury: locally, so a course of treatment does not mean a course of road trips.

Home Physiotherapy in Nakuru

We bring the treatment to you across Nakuru: all equipment included, and a plan whoever cares for you can actually follow.

Sports & Running Physiotherapy

Built around a running town: Achilles, knees and hamstrings, rehabilitated to the demands of actual training rather than to being pain-free at rest.

Massage Therapy in Nakuru

Clinical massage rather than a spa treatment: from therapists working alongside physiotherapists, who will tell you when massage is not the answer.

Chiropractic Care in Nakuru

Joint adjustment for stiffness and pain: available locally, with an honest assessment of whether adjustment is what you actually need.

Acupuncture in Nakuru

Needling for stubborn pain, available locally, most useful as the thing that makes the rehabilitation possible.

Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

The musculoskeletal core: joints, bones and tendons, including the long fracture rehabilitation that follows a road accident.

Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

Structured recovery to your surgeon's protocol, at home while getting to a clinic is still hard, including after surgery done in Nairobi.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Rehabilitation after stroke, head injury and neurological conditions: delivered at home, because frequency over months is what drives recovery.

Physiotherapy for Older Adults

Home-based treatment for older adults: falls prevention, mobility, strength, and the confidence to keep living independently.

Common questions

Do I need to go to Nairobi for physiotherapy?

For routine rehabilitation, almost never. Physiotherapy depends on being seen regularly, eight sessions locally beats three excellent ones you had to drive two hours for and then stopped attending.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. If we think you need an X-ray or a doctor first, we will tell you and help arrange it.

Which parts of Nakuru do you cover?

Milimani, Section 58, the CBD, Naka, Free Area, Lanet and Kiamunyi as standard, with Njoro, Bahati, Rongai and Gilgil by arrangement and Naivasha on scheduled days.

I cannot stop working. Is treatment still worth it?

Yes, but the plan has to be honest about it. Advice to rest for six weeks is useless if resting is not an option. We work on what can actually be modified and build capacity from there.
