Who this is really for
The people who most need physiotherapy are often least able to travel to it. Someone a week past a hip replacement should not be negotiating a matatu on the Nakuru–Nairobi road. Someone recovering from a stroke may need two sessions a week for months, and every one of those journeys is a reason to cancel.
Removing the journey removes the most common reason rehabilitation stops early.
It also makes the treatment better
Your home is where the problem actually lives. We can see the step you are struggling with, the chair you sit in all day, the pit latrine or bathroom you are afraid of falling in. That turns general advice into specific advice: which side of the bed to get out of after your surgery, where a grab rail goes and at what height, which step to practise on.
After a road accident
Nakuru’s highway and boda boda injury volume means a significant part of our home caseload is people recovering from serious trauma: fractures, head injuries, multiple procedures. That work is long, and it belongs at home where the family providing daily care can be taught alongside the patient.

Common questions
Which parts of Nakuru do you cover?
Milimani, Section 58, Nakuru CBD, Naka, Free Area, Lanet and Kiamunyi as standard, with Bahati, Njoro, Rongai and Gilgil by arrangement and Naivasha on scheduled days.
What do I need at home?
Nothing. We bring the table and equipment. A firm surface and a clear patch of floor is plenty.
Is it more expensive?
There is a travel component by area, confirmed before your first appointment.
Can you treat someone who cannot get out of bed?
Yes. Bed-bound and limited-mobility patients are a large part of the home caseload, including stroke recovery and rehabilitation after hip and knee surgery.
